The process

01.
Cutting
Precise patterns are created, these patterns are then used to cut the shoe components from materials.
02.
Upper
Assembling the various pieces of the shoe’s upper part, including the vamp, quarters and lining. Then stitched, glued or fused together to create the basic structure.
03.
Lasting
Shaping the shoe upper around a mold called “last” to give the shoe its final shape. Shoe upper is pulled and stretched over the last, ensuring a snug and comfortable fit.
04.
Pasting
Adhesive is applied to various parts of the shoe, including sole, insole, and upper. These components are joined and pressed together to create a solid bond ensuring the shoe’s durability.
05.
Finishing
Our shoes undergo meticulous cleaning and edge colouring. This crucial stage ensures that each pair is polished to perfection, showcasing our commitment to quality.
06.
Packaging
Once the shoe has undergone quality checks, it moves to the packaging stage. Product is carefully boxed and prepared for distribution.
